介绍了连铸电磁搅拌器的多种结构形式,电磁搅拌器的工作原理及设计理论依据,介绍了我公司为江阴兴澄特钢提供的特大圆坯连铸电磁搅拌器的最终设计参数,以及该电磁搅拌器在特大圆坯连铸实践中取得的良好冶金效果.
This paper introduces the various structure types of concasting electromagnetic stirrer （EMS）, the working principle and design theory basis of it, as well as the final design parameters and good metallurgical effects of the supper-large billet concasting EMS supplied for Jiangyin Xingcheng Special Steel Co. ltd.
