摘要
以苯和硝酸为原料,用CuSO4·H2O作催化剂,在60℃下,合成了硝基苯.实验结果表明:当硝酸/苯用量为1:2时,CuSO4·H2O用量为0.4g,反应时间为为3h时,合成的硝基苯产率可达56.8%.该方法用CuSO4·H2O替代了硫酸,这是一个环保符合现代有机合成方向的一种较为理想的催化剂,它为硝基苯的绿色合成提供了一种新的途径.
This article takes the benzene and the nitric acid as raw material, enables the preparation of nitrobenzene by liquid phase nitration of benzene over CuSO4·H2O. Via many comparison of experiment, have checked the used amount of catalyst, the time of reaction, the temperature of reaction and the molar ratio of benzene and nitric acid how to influenced the reactions. The results show that when the benzene/nitric acid is 1:2, CuSO4·H2O take the catalyst with 0.4g, time of reaction for 3 hours, the yield of nitrobenzene is up to 56.8%.
