The Prosperity of Commercial Economy in Song Dynasty and the Systematizing of Making Inheritor System

宋代是商品经济十分繁荣的时期,全社会成员包括官员、士人均参与到经商的行列中,从而引起人们思想观念、价值观念的转变。现实生活中人们对财产、利益的追求引发了大量的矛盾纠纷,而与财产继承密切相关的立嗣制度正是在这些矛盾纠纷的推动下变得更加完备系统。

Song Dynasty is the period in which commercial economy was very prosperous. All social members including government officials, literate population, joined commercial activities which caused the transformation of the public idealistic opinion and value judgment. In reality, the behavior of seeking fortune and benefit resulted in lots of contradictions. And making inheritor system relating closely to prosperity became more systematic with the help of these contradictions.
