2006年至2008年苏州九龙医院鲍曼不动杆菌感染及耐药情况分析 被引量：1

摘要 鲍曼不动杆菌是院内感染的重要条件致病菌。近年来,广谱抗生素尤其是碳青霉烯类抗生素的广泛使用使得鲍曼不动杆菌的多重耐药日趋严重,对碳青霉烯类的耐药性快速上升。医院住院患者尤其是重症监护病区（intensive careunit，ICU）患者鲍曼不动杆菌感染率逐年递增，特别是对所有抗生素包括碳青霉烯类全耐药的“泛耐”株的出现使治疗处于困境，
