先天性膈疝的产前超声诊断 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨产前常规超声检查对胎儿先天性膈疝(CDH)诊断的临床应用价值。方法对8例(其中6例经引产证实)CDH的胎儿声像图特征进行回顾性分析。结果7例左侧CDH的胎儿均显示心脏受压移位,心尖指向右前,6例显示胸腔内胃泡回声与心脏相邻;1例CDH胎儿心脏向左前方移位,胸腔内见肝脏及肠管样回声并可见肠蠕动。结论超声检查安全可靠、实用快捷,对胎儿CDH确诊率高。
