摘要
论述了以反渗透(RO)膜除盐为核心的炼油污水回用组合工艺,对污水回用到锅炉和回用到循环冷却水进行了效益分析,探讨了污水回用工艺存在的问题并提出了解决的措施,得出污水回用采用RO膜工艺必须设置完善的预处理措施,污水回用到锅炉比回用到循环冷却水具有更高的投资价值。
Focusing on reverse osmosis membrane demineralization,the combined technology of refinery wastewater reuse is discussed.The benefits of reusing wastewater as boiler water and circulating cooling water are analyzed,the existing problems of the technology are studied,and solutions are put forward.It points out that perfect pretreatment measures must be developed for reverse osmosis membrane technology of wastewater reuse,and the investment value of reusing wastewater as boiler water is higher than that of reusing wastewater as circulating cooling water.
