摘要
通过几起石油化工行业易燃易爆场所和设备检修动火作业典型事故案例,分析诱发事故的原因,提出防范事故的"三个强化"措施,即:强化动火安全教育和培训、强化《动火作业许可证》(即火票)安全管理、强化动火安全技术措施落实,确保动火安全,有效避免和减少火灾爆炸事故的发生。
Based on some typical fire work accidents in flammable and explosive areas and during equipment overhaul in petrochemical industry,this article analyzes the causes of the accidents and puts forward Three Strengthening Measures to avoid accident,i.e. strengthening education and training on fire work safety,strengthening safety management on fire permit, and strengthening the implementation of techni- cal measures for fire work safety,so as to ensure fire work safety and effectively avoid and minimize fire and explosion accidents.
