摘要
化工企业由于其原辅材料、中间物料及产品具有有毒有害、易燃易爆等的多样性和生产工艺及控制、设备运行的复杂性,存在多种不同性质的潜在风险。因此,此类化学工业建设项目的环境影响评价中,环境风险评价应作为必不可少的评价重点。以某化工企业为例,分析了该化工企业的风险评价,得到了危险等级。对化工企业的重大危险源辨识、评价及控制技术研究具有非常重要的现实和指导意义。
A great deal of products,intermediate and raw materials of chemical industrial enterprise are flammable, explosive or poisonous.Thus risk assessment plays a key role in evaluating the severity of potential hazards in chemical enterprises.Taking a certain chemical enterprise as an example,the probability and severity of hazards in the chemical enterprise is investigated and the level of these hazards is obtained.It is believed that the analysis method of the risk assessment will contribute to improving the safety level of chemical enterprises.
