肾活检66例临床病理分析

Analysis of 66 Cases of Renal Biops

摘要 目的探讨大同市第五人民医院收治的肾脏病患者的临床病理特点.方法对该院2001至2008年的66例肾活检患者的临床特点和病理资料进行回顾性分析.结果在66例肾活检病例中,原发性肾小球疾病44例,继发性肾脏病21例,遗传性肾病1例.其中IgA肾病24例,急性肾衰8例,狼疮肾炎10例.结论肾穿刺活检在肾脏疾病的诊断、治疗和判断预后方面有重要意义. objective To summarize the clinical and pathological characteristics of renal disease in our hospital. Methods Sixtysix patients in our hospital from 2001-2008 were diagnosed by renal biopsy. Clinical and pathological features were assessed. Restilts of the patients 44 showed primary glomerulopathy,21 showed secondary kidney disease and 1 showed transmissibility nephrosis .Among them 24 showed IgA- Nephropaty N, 8 showed Acute Renal Failure（ARF ）and 10 showed Lupus Nephritis （LN）. Conclusion Renal needle biopsy is important in diagnosis ,treatment and judgement of prognosis.
