摘要 针对决策者的偏好信息和决策矩阵元素均为区间直觉模糊数的多属性决策问题,提出了一种新的决策方法.该方法通过求解主观偏好与客观偏好的总绝对偏差最小,同时各方案综合属性值差距最大的双目标规划模型,得到属性的最优权重向量.并基于IIFWA算子对区间直觉模糊信息进行集结,进而根据得分函数和精确函数对方案进行排序.最后,通过实例证明了该方法的有效性和实用性. This paper studies a kind of multi - attribute decision - making problem in which the preference information on alternatives and the attribute values are described by interval -valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers, and proposes a new method. After solving the two objects programming of mini- mizing the total absolute deviation between the subjective and objective preference and maximizing the ranges of the comprehensive attribute values of alternative, the weights of the attributes are obtained objectively. Then the operator is used to aggregate the interval - valued intuitionistic fuzzy information corresponding to each alternative. According to the score function and accuracy function, the alternatives are ranked. Finally, an example is used to illustrate the validity and practicability of the pro- posed approach.
