The Job Hazard Analysis method （JHA） is a detailed method of analysis of hazard in the working process, by which a work activity is been broken into several associated steps. It can identify the hazard of each step, and try to control the accident. The construction period of unit maintenance is urgent, and there is a great deal of work to do. The article briefly introduces the process flows of the units, meanwhile describes the process of unit maintenance, and analyzes the hazard in the maintenance process by JHA, then formulates the safety countermeasures. The purpose is to ensure the safety of construction process, and avoid the environmental pollution in the process of unit maintenance.
