Converter gas recovery is an important technique in metallurgical industry. It is one of essential measures to realize energy saving and consumption-reducing by recovering converter gas. There are many processes which should be attention during the process of converter gas recovery. A wrong measure would lead to great disaster such as gas explosion or gas poisoning. The paper analyzes the safety control in converter gas recovery practiced in a steel mill, discusses the electrical control on whole process.
