Under this circumstance the develop-ment of safety engineering discipline and relevant disciplines is greatly promoted. Based on development histories and current situation about safety engineering in SIT. This paper tried to analyze economic situation, discipline and major education experiment and teaching trend in shanghai city. It is of importance to provide explore route and education development about safety engineering discipline in SIT. The project of curriculum system is put forward.
