摘要
目的研究复合辅酶对烫伤休克后大鼠脏器功能的保护作用。方法通过制作大鼠烫伤休克/复苏模型,将40只大鼠随机分为4组:对照组、单纯烫伤组、复合辅酶治疗组、谷胱甘肽治疗组,每组10只。测定大鼠肝功能、心肌酶谱。并采用光镜、透射电镜观察心脏、肝的组织形态及细胞的超微结构。结果单纯烫伤组大鼠肝功能、心肌酶谱指标明显高于其他各组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。烫伤大鼠经复合辅酶和谷胱甘肽治疗后各项指标明显改善,复合辅酶组中ALT、CK-MB低于谷胱甘肽组(P<0.05)。光镜观察复合辅酶治疗组细胞形态基本完整,排列尚规则,炎细胞浸润不明显,细胞损伤较单纯烫伤组、谷胱甘肽治疗组轻。结论复合辅酶对烫伤休克后大鼠的心脏、肝具有保护作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of coenzyme complex on the visceral functions in rats with scald shock.Methods To establish the scald shock/resuscitation models,40 healthy rats were randomly divided into 4 groups(n=10 each): control group(sham group),simple scald group,reduced glutathione hormone group and coenzyme complex group.The hepatic and myocardial enzymogram parameters were detected by Roche automatic biochemistry analyzer.The histological morphology and cell ultramicrostructure of the heart and liver were observed by transmission electron microscopy as well as light microscopy.Results The levels of hepatic and myocardial enzymogram parameters in the simple scald group were markedly higher than the other groups(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).The scalded rats had significant improvement in the parameters subsequent to glutathione and coenzyme complex treatment.The levels of ALT and CK-MB in coenzyme complex group were lower than those in reduced glutathione hormone group(P〈0.05).Light microscopy showed that in the coenzyme complex group the cells had nearly complete morphology and regular arrangement and there was no obvious infiltration of inflammatory cells.The impairments to myocardial and hepatic cells in coenzyme complex group was slighter than those in the simple scald group and reduced glutathione hormone group.Conclusion The coenzyme complex has protective effect on the heart and liver in shock rats with scald injury.
