儿童近视在负镜片法诱导调节状态下的眼前段结构变化 被引量:3

摘要 目的通过对低中度儿童近视患者单眼进行负镜片法诱导调节,观察眼前段结构变化,探讨不同屈光度诱导的离焦与前房深度(ACD)、瞳孔直径(PD)变化之间的关系。方法选取9-14岁近视儿童30例(30眼),分别进行综合验光仪检查,应用前节光学相干断层扫描技术(OCT)测量负镜片法(0-6 D)诱导调节状态下的ACD和PD。结果随着调节刺激水平的增加,ACD呈现递减的趋势,平均递减速率为-1.1817%;PD同样呈现出递降的趋势,平均递减速率为-2.8478%。两者均是在6 D刺激水平下变化最大。结论在儿童近视中,随着阅读距离的减少,运用调节量的增加可引起眼ACD变浅、PD缩小,且在诱发6 D调节时变化最大。 Objective To observe the changes of anterior segment of the eyes in children with low or moderate degrees of myopia and investigate the relationship between defocus induced by different diopters and the variations in anterior chamber depth(ACD) and pupil diameter(PD) when accommodation is induced by single extraocular lenses.Methods Thirty myopic subjects of children were enrolled in the study.ACD and PD were induced of every subject with Visante optical coherence tomography(OTC) under different levels of accommodation(0-6 D).Results With the increase of accommodative stimulation,both ACD and PD decreased at the rate of-1.1817% and-2.8478%,respectively.The variations of the above indicators reached their peaks at the level of 6 D accommodation.Conclusion For childhood myopia,both ACD and PD decrease with the increasing accommodation caused by shortened reading distance,and the changes reach their maximum under an accommodation induced at 6 D.
