摘要
为构造结构简单、成本低廉、可靠性高的全数字化永磁同步电动机(PMSM)驱动控制系统,提出了一种具有隆伯格(Luenberger)观测器结构的数字轴角变换算法。利用Matlab/Simulink进行软件仿真,并据此搭建了基于数字RDC的PMSM矢量控制平台。仿真和实验结果表明,这种算法抗干扰能力强,能够实现精度较高的电机转子磁极位置检测,改善了伺服控制系统的运行性能。
An algorithm based on Luenberger observer was presented in order to construct a completely digital servo drive system of PMSM which had simple structure,low cost and high reliability. Simulations were made under Matlab/Simu- link environment, and a hardware experiment platform was built according to the Simulink model. Experimental results show that the observer can detect pole position accurately in complex rotor movement with high performance of anti-jamming. This kind of digital RDC obviously improves the performance of servo system, so it has broad prospects for application.
