摘要
本文针对20CrMnTi材料的齿轮类零件渗碳淬火后容易出现碳化物组织超标的特点,结合笔者长期的一线生产经验对碳化物超标的返修工艺提出了一些看法。
In this article the characteristic of the tendency to form excessive carbide after carburizing-quenching 20CrMnTi gears is discussed.The author combines the long-term experience of front-line production of excessive carbon repairing process and bring forward same observations.
