摘要
核级承压起动空气瓶是核电站应急柴油机厂房中的重要设备,它的工作状况直接影响到应急柴油机厂房中柴油机的正常运行。本文对核级承压起动空气瓶进行自重、设计压力、安全阀设定压力下的静态分析以及模态分析、地震载荷下的动态分析,并对结构在各使用限制条件下的应力进行组合与评定。结果显示,核级承压起动空气瓶满~ASMEBPVC-Ⅲ的规范要求。
The bearing air bottle is important equipment in nuclear power plants. It influences on the operation of the emergency diesel generator. The static analysis under dead weight, design pressure and setting pressure, the modal analysis and the spectrum analysis under seismic loads were performed. The results demonstrate that the stress combination and evaluation under each service level is satisfied with the requirement of ASME codes.
