摘要
福清核电项目在国内核电建设中率先践行工程总承包(EPC)合同模式。为做好合同管理工作,准确业主定位,将合同管理工作作为项目管理的核心,通过分析合同管理与项目目标管理之间的关系,创新合同管理的组织形式,提出业主合同管理的方式,最终提升核电建设项目的合同管理水平,为后续核电建设项目合同管理提供借鉴。
The Fuqing Nuclear Power Project (FNPP) in Fujian Province initiated the practice of the EPC contracting mode for the construction of nuclear power plants in China. For the enhancement of con- tract management as a proper owner of FNPP and the setting of a reference for contract management of subsequent nuclear power projects, this paper, taking contract management as the core of project manage- ment, analyzes the relationship between contract management and target management, presents an innova- tional organization for the contract management, and puts forward contract management approaches for an Owner of a nuclear power project under construction.
