摘要
通过对蒸压粉煤灰砖与专用砂浆配砌的共24个9砖模型的抗剪强度试验,探索块材及胶结材料对试件受力性能的影响。结果表明,所采用专用砌筑砂浆砌筑的砌体通缝抗剪强度计算设计值小于GB50003—2001《砌体结构设计规范》规定的相应设计值;对于同等级专用砂浆砌筑的抗剪砌体,由薄灰缝和厚灰缝砌筑的砌体抗剪强度相差不大。建议用砖的抗压强度和折压比两项指标确定蒸压粉煤灰砖的强度等级。本次试验采用的专用砂浆砌筑的砌体通缝抗剪强度无明显提高,建议有针对性地调整砌筑砂浆配合比。
Through the shear strength test on the 24 nine-brick models made by autoclaved fly ash brick and dedicated mortar, the effects of brick and cement materials on the load-bearing property of the specimens are studied. The results show that the shear strength calculation value of the masonry wall laid with dedicated mortar is less than corresponding design value specified in the "Code for Design of Masonry Structures"(GB 50003--2001). For the shear masonry wall laid with the same class dedicated mortar, the shear strengths of masonry walls with thin and thick gray seam have no big difference. It is proposed to determine the . strength class of autoclaved fly ash brick with the compressive strength and the bend-press ratio. In this experiment,the shear strength of the masonry wall continuous seam laid by dedicated mortar has no significant increase. It is recommended to adjust the mix proportion of mortar properly.
