摘要
分析了庆大霉素发酵液中蛋白质、菌体、COD和色素的检测方法,并利用截留率评价超滤膜对它们的去除效果。表明30000 Dalton的超滤膜可以截留发酵液中95%以上的蛋白质、菌体和色素以及58%以上的COD,提高了分离提取效率,减轻了环保压力。
This paper analyzed the check measure of proteins, thallis, COD and coloring matters, and evaluate ultrafiltrate membrane's removal effect by using retentate ratio, lt showed that 30 000 Dulton membrane can retentate over 95% proteins, thallis and coloring maters and over 58% COD in fermentation broth. That increased efficiency of separate, and reduced the press of environment protecting.
