摘要
在超声波作用下,以高锰酸钾氧化季戊四醇磷酸酯醇制备1-氧代-4-羧基-2,6,7-三氧杂-1-磷杂双环[2.2.2]辛烷,探讨了高锰酸钾用量、反应时间、反应液pH值对产率的影响。当反应温度为45℃,季戊四醇磷酸酯醇与高锰酸钾物质的量之比为1.11:1,反应时间为40min,反应液pH值为9.5时,产率为30.9%。
1-0xo-4-carboxyl-2,6,7-trioxa-l-phosphabicyclo[2.2.2]octane was prepared by using the basic potassium permanganate as oxidant under the ultrasonic irradiation. The various influence factors such as molar ratio of PEPA/KMn04, reaction time and the pH of the sovent are studied. Under 45 ℃,the molar ratio of PEPA/KMn04 is 1.11 : 1, reaction time is 40 min and the pH of the sovent is 9.5, the yield is 30.9%.
