摘要
将聚醚、混合高级脂肪醇、石蜡、复合乳化剂和助乳化剂复配,制得一种非硅乳液消泡剂。重点探讨不同聚醚、高级脂肪醇、石蜡用量对复配消泡剂消泡和稳定性能的影响。从而找出最佳复配工艺。结果表明高级脂肪醇和石蜡的用量对复配的乳液消泡剂稳定性有着较大影响,而聚醚类型、聚醚和石蜡的用量则对复配的乳液消泡剂消泡性能有着较大影响。最终综合稳定性、消泡性得出较好的配方(聚醚L61:10%,混合高级脂肪醇:8%,液体石蜡:15%)。
Polyether,high fatty alcohol and liquid hydrocarbon was remixed with a wide range of emulsifiers and additives, then a type of non-silicon defoamer was prepared.
