林笑峰先生于1979年9月17日在《体育报》发表了《世界体育科学化的动向和我们的新使命》一文,指出了科学体育的内涵和中国体育的发展方向,其中用科学指导研究如何使人体更加完美健康、竞技与体育同步进行等思想对中国体育发展有现实指导意义。

In the article titled Developments of World physical education Scientization and Our New Mission, published on the Sports Journal on September 17, 1979, Mr. LIN Xiao-feng pointed out the connotations of scientific physical education and the development direction of sports in China, in which ideas such as scientifically guiding researches on human body perfection and synchronization of competition and physical education have a realistic guiding significance for the development of physical education in China.
