论新闻舆论监督的运作方式

On the Operating Way of the Supervision by News Media

作为社会上多种监督,如党内监督、人大监督、司法监督、群众监督等中不可或缺、极具有战斗力的一种监督形式——新闻舆论监督以其特有的公开曝光的形式产生的作用和效果与其他的几种监督是不一样的,它具有很强的公众震慑力。本文通过对新闻舆论监督集中典型方式进行探讨,着重分析了明线的新闻监督如新闻公开,新闻批评,新闻评论以及暗线的新闻监督如内参、信访等,在此基础上提出做好新闻舆论监督工作的几点原则,以期在实际工作中能有所借鉴。

As an indispensable and forceful way of supervision,the Supervision by news media,which is different from other ways of supervision in terms of its function and effect of publicity,has typical strong deterrence.This paper analyzes some typical ways of the supervision by news media,including public and secret ones.On that basis,the paper puts forward some principles which may be applied in the practice of supervision by news media.
