0.35T MRI对膝关节外伤的诊断价值

摘要 目的探讨0.35T MRI对膝关节外伤的临床应用价值。方法对江西凤凰医院176例膝关节外伤患者的0.35 T MRI冠状面、矢状面SE-T1WI序列、FSE-T2WI序列及脂肪抑制STIR序列图像与患者的临床表现或手术作比较分析。结果半月板损伤47例,韧带损伤45例,骨挫伤51例,多种损伤33例,所有病例均合并关节积液。结论0.35T MRI能清楚显示膝关节的半月板、韧带、软骨和骨骼的结构,是膝关节外伤的重要检查手段,为治疗方案的制定提供确切的依据。 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of 0.35T magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in knee joint trauma. Methods 176 patients with knee joint trauma underwent 0. 35T MRI detection,including T1 weighted and T2 weighted spin echo, fast spin echo and STIR MR imaging in the sagittal and coronal plane. The MR images were contrastively analyzed with clinical manifestation or operation. Results Meniscus injury in 47 cases, ligament injury in 45, bone contusion in 51 ,multiple injuries in 33,and associated with joint effusion in all cases were found by low field MRI. Conclusion 0. 35T MRI can clearly reveal the meniscus, ligament, cartilage and bone structure of knee joint. It is an important examination method for knee joint trauma, and could provide reliable basis for making therapeutic schemes.
