摘要
本文简明回顾了有关国内外茶叶标准制定的时代背景,重点介绍了有关国内茶叶标准制定的进展情况,扼要分析了各种有关茶叶标准的适用范围,指出不同的茶叶标准与不同的时代背景、贸易环境、茶叶生产水平相一致。建议国家尽快制定既符合目前国外对茶叶产品安全限量指标,又符合我国茶叶生产水平,可有效控制茶叶产品质量安全的新的国家《茶叶卫生标准》,以尽快使我国茶叶产品质量达到无公害食品的要求,并向着绿色食品、有机食品的方向发展。
This article focused on the Status of tea standards all over the world ,analyzed briefly of the draft background of China tea standards,pointed out especially,that different tea standards were fit on different historical background,trade environment and the level of tea production:that the decisions of tea standards depend on the level of tea production, appropriate tea standards would greatly facilitate the development of tea production ;recommended the Government to enact a new national"health standards of tea"which could effectively control the quality and safety of China tea products and make China tea products to meet the requirements of pollution-free food, the green food and organic food as soon as possible ,while the Government took into account the limited safety indicators of foreign tea product and China tea production levels.
