K系数喷油嘴喷孔内气液两相流动的三维模拟 被引量:4

摘要 应用AVL FIRE软件,对两种不同k系数(k=1.5和k=0)的6孔喷嘴进行了气液两相流的三维计算。在喷嘴针阀处于全开条件下,进行了两种喷嘴不同进口压力方案的对比分析。计算结果表明:K系数喷嘴,有效地抑制了气穴的生成,提高了喷嘴的流量系数和各喷孔流量的均匀性。 Three dimensional simulations of two phase flow were made for two nozzles of 6 holes with different K factors of k=1.5 and k=0 by means of AVL FIRE software. Different inlet pressure schemes of the two nozzles are compared when the needles are at their maximum lifts. Two-Phase flow Calculation result shows that injection nozzle with K factor can better decrease cavitation and improve flow coefficient and uniform flow of a nozzle.
