摘要 随着经济建设的发展,中国的能源紧张问题特别是电力供应问题日趋严重.使用传统的管理办法,在电力调度和计量监控上都存在比较大的困难.以广东、浙江两电力消耗大省牵头制定的一个技术集成管理规范为蓝本,利用现有的通讯技术、信息管理技术并有效地加上中转服务器,对之进行了扩展设计,以实现电力调度、计量监控管理的自动化.在保证系统实时、准确地对用户用电情况进行反馈、处理的同时,既方便了生产厂家的批量生产,又有利于供电公司高效、灵活地应用. With the fast development of our country's economy construction, the tense problem of energy in China, especially the problem of supply of electric power became more and more serious. Using traditional management method, there were many difficulties in electric dispatch and Power-Facilities-Watching. In this text, the author talked about a new system using modern wireless communication technology and modern administering information technology, based on the system made by Guangdong Guan-Dian Power Grid Croup Co. Ltd and Zhejiang Power Co. Ltd. In the new system a transfer server was added effectively, which made electric dispatch and Power-Facility-Watching work in automation. The new system not only had facilitated the batch process of the manufacturer but also helped the application high-efficiently and in a flexible way of electric company.
