摘要
罗氏沼虾的胚胎发育过程可准确地分为卵裂期、囊胚期、原肠期、前无节幼体期、后无节幼体期、前状幼体期和状幼体期七个时期。在28℃水温条件下,胚胎发育的全过程约需480小时。
The embryonic development of the giant freshwater prawn,Macrobrachium rosenbergii is devided into 7 stages:cleavage,blastula,gastrula,egg nauplius,egg metanauplius,protozoea and zoea.The incubation period at 28℃ is about 480 hours.The egg is rich in yolk.Early segmentation is the unequal,spiral cleavage.The gastrula is formed through invagination.The egg nauplius stage is characterized by the appearance of rudiments of the antennae and the mandible.The embryo reaches the egg matanauplius stage with five thoracic appendages,two axillaes,and three maxillipeds.The protozea stage is characterized by the appearance of eye pigmentation.The compound eye rudiment begins to form optic ganglion,eye stalk and compound eye.At the zoea stage,the embryo almost ready to hatch is nearly transparent and colouless except for the large black compound eyes.
