摘要
通过对微合金钢中几种常见析出相的形貌观察和成分分析,研究了Nb(C,N)、Ti(C,N)、MnS及A1N等在不同温度条件下的回溶情况。结果表明,在研究的温度范围800℃~1190℃内,这些析出相都存在析出和回溶的过程。Ti(C,N)、MnS等优先析出,并成为后析出物聚集结晶的核心;钢中Ti(C,N)的存在对Nb的回溶具有拖曳作用。
In this article, microstructure and composition of several common precipitate phases in microalloyed steel were investigated,and the dissolution rule of Nb(C,N).Ti (C,N).MnS and AIN studied at different temperatures. The results showed that these phases underwent process of both precipitation and dissolution. The preferential precipitated Ti(C, N) and MnS changed the accumulative crystallized care of late precipitation. The dissolution of Nb (C,N) in microalloyed steel was restrained by Ti.
