摘要
应用含短氟碳链的功能性聚合物可以避免因使用含长氟碳链化合物给环境带来的潜在危害.以全氟丁基磺酰氟为原料,通过磺酰化和N-烷基化合成带有端羟基的中间体4,再通过2,2-二溴甲基氧杂环丁烷(2)与4的Williamson醚化反应合成了含全氟丁基磺酰胺侧基的新型氧杂环丁烷衍生物1a和1b.以5,5-二甲基海因为原料,采用类似的合成路线,合成了带海因侧基的新型氧杂环丁烷单体6.
The application of functional polymers containing short perfluorinated side chains could avoid the potential environmental damage caused by the use of compounds containing long perfluorinated side chains. Starting from perfluorobutyl sulfuryl fluoride, intermediate 4 with a hydroxy end group was obtained by sulfonylation and N-alkylation, then novel oxetane derivatives la and lb with a nonafluorobutane-1-sulfonamide side chain were synthesized via Williamson etherification between 4 and 2,2-di(bromomethyl)oxetane (2). Similar procedure was applied to the preparation of hydantoin-oxetane monomer 6 using 5,5-dimethylhydantoin as starting material.
