硫唑嘌呤在银电极表面吸附的SERS光谱表征 被引量:2

摘要 本文借助于表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)技术,对硫唑嘌呤(AZA)分子在银表面的吸附行为及其变化特征进行了研究。研究结果表明,AZA分子在银表面的吸附位点是嘌呤环上3位的氮原子。进一步研究发现,其吸附取向随着溶液pH的改变而发生变化。这一转变过程通过AZA分子的SERS特征谱峰的强度有规律的显著变化而得以表征。 In this research , surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) technique is used to obtain the information about conformation and structure changes of azathiprine (AZA) molecules adsorbed on silver surface. The results obtained here reveal that the AZA molecules were adsorbed onto the surface of silver electrode via N3 of the purine ring, and the adsorotion configurations of AZA molecules on silver will transform with different pH values. This adsorption configuration change can be explained by the charge transfer mechanism of SERS. This research provides us significant information about AZA and it will help our study of AZA in the future.
