电子文献作为一种新型的文献类型,具有纸质文献资源无法取代的便利性和高效性,倍受读者的重视,但许多高校图书馆仍然不能摆脱重建轻用的怪圈,电子文献存在资源闲置浪费现象,资源利用率普遍不高,与其应有的实际价值存在一定差距。探索提高电子资源使用效率的新途径具有重要意义。

The electronic literature as one kind of new literature type has its convenience and highly effectiveness which the paper literature resources are unable to substitute, so to be thought highly of by the readers. But we also regrettably see that many university libraries could not get rid of the strange circle which paying attention to construction but make light of use, there are massive resources idle and waste phenomenon exists in the electronic literature, the use factor is not high generally. There is a practical significance to focus on the new way and how to expanding usage of E - resources.
