摘要
基于虚拟样机技术对V6柴油机轴系扭振进行了仿真和试验研究。建立了包括柔性曲轴、柔性轴承座在内的轴系混合多体动力学仿真模型,对高速柴油机轴系扭振进行了较深入的分析。在仿真研究的基础上,利用扭振测试装置进行了V6柴油机轴系扭振的测试和分析研究。模拟和试验研究结果表明:V6发动机轴系4.5谐次和7.5谐次扭振较大,轴系扭振仿真研究与试验研究相一致。
The torsional vibration of the crankshaft was analyzed by using Hybrid Multi Body Dynamics(HMBD) including a flexible crankshaft and flexible main bearing wall.The characteristic of the torsional vibration was measured.The results show that the torsional vibration of V6 diesel engine crankshaft is larger in the 4.5th and 7.5th order.The simulation results of torsional vibration was validated by test results.
