糖化血红蛋白对不稳定型心绞痛合并2型糖尿病患者预后的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨糖化血红蛋白A1c(GHbA1c)水平对不稳定型心绞痛(UA)合并2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者预后的判断价值。方法对65例不稳定型心绞痛合并T2DM患者进行糖化血红蛋白测定,并根据血红蛋白水平予以分组:GHbA1c≤7.5%(A组)、GHbA1c>7.5%(B组),并对两组病人肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)、心率变异性(HRV)、6个月内再入院数及再发心脏事件等指标对比分析。结果B组HRV参数SDNN、SDANN、SDNNI均较对照组低(P<0.05),其cTnT阳性、6个月内再入院及再发心脏事件发生率较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论糖化血红蛋白是影响UA合并T2DM患者预后高危因素之一,有效控制糖化血红蛋白水平是预防心脏事件再发的重要措施。
