双师型教师对临床护生素质培养的调查分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的调查分析双师型教师与普通教师对护生素质培养的差异。方法采用问卷调查法研究护生对双师型教师及普通教师的评价,了解二者对护生的不同影响。结果在问卷调查中发现双师型教师在对护生临床操作技能的培养、独立解决问题能力的培养、病情观察能力的培养、与患者沟通能力的培养和对护生积极情感的培养五个方面得分均高于普通教师,两组比较差异有显著性(p<0.05).结论双师型教师对护生职业素质的培养优于普通教师,护理教师应注意提高自身的素质、以更好地培养护生的职业素质。 Objective Analysis the difference between Double -qualified teachers and general teachers on the nursing students' disposition culture. Methods questionnaire survey method was Used to compare the nursing students' evaluation and effect on. Result the scores of Double - qualified teachers are higher than general teachers in five areas, such as clinical skills training, independent problem - solving abilities, ability of observing pathogenetic condition and communicating with patients, cultivation of nursing students positive emotions, the difference of two groups is significant (p 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion the evaluation of the nursing students to Double - qualified teachers is better than that of general teachers, nursing teachers should pay attention to improve their own quality and clinical teaching level to cultivate preferably the professional quality of nursing students.
