摘要
在日益紧迫的环境保护和节能降耗形势下,钻井液使用原油润滑技术受到越来越严格的限制。为了减轻江苏大斜度井、水平井钻井中的原油污染,实现钻井生产的安全优质钻进,开展了悬浮乳液钻井液技术研究。室内对优选的配方体系的流变性、抗温性、抗污染能力、油气层保护等性能指标进行了评价。结果表明,该体系具有优良的润滑、防塌和保护油气层性能,抗污染能力强,抗温达120℃,对环境和录井无影响。目前该技术已在江苏油田4口水平井中成功试用,钻井和完井作业顺利,与邻近水平井相比,钻井周期平均缩短3d11h,平均机械钻速提高22.3%,初期日产油是邻井的2~4倍,取得了良好的节能减排和提优提速钻井效果。
Under the increasingly urgent situation of environmental protection and energy saving, crude oil lubricating technology for drilling fluid is more and more restricted. In order to alleviate the crude oil pollution in Jiangsu high deviated and horizontal wells, and realize the safe and high quality drilling, the research on the technology of suspension emulsion drilling fluid was carried out. In the lab, the performance indices of the optimized formula system, such as rheological property, temperature resistance,anti-pollution and protection of hydrocarbon zone, have been evaluated. The results show that this system is provided with excellent lubrication, antisloughing and protection of hydrocarbon reservoir as well as strong anti-pollution; the temperature resistance reaches 120℃, and there is no influence on environment and well logging. Now, this technology has been successfully applied in four horizontal wells of Jiangsu Oilfield. The drilling and completion operations are all successful. Compared with neighboring horizontal wells, the drilling cycle is averagely reduced by 3 days and 11 hours, and the average rate of penetration is increased by 22. 3 %. At the early stage, the daily oil production is 2-4 times than that of the adjacent wells, so the favorable energy saving and pollution reduction have been achieved, and the quality and speed of drilling have also been improved.
