101.6mm套管井分层注水工具研究与应用

Study and application of tools of stratified waterflooding for 101.6mm casing well

针对101.6mm套管井分层注水存在的难题,研制了以配水器与封隔器一体化为主的101.6mm套管井分层注水管柱及相应的测试工艺技术。该管柱用扶正式小直径水力锚锚定整体管柱,采用静自动坐封机构,坐封安全可靠,实现分层注水。该管柱具有结构简单,密封可靠,投捞测试方便,有效期长的特点。现场使用实践表明,该工艺解决了101.6mm套管井分层注水的技术难题。

Aiming at the difficulties of zonal water injection in 101.6ram casing,, the string of zonal water-in- jection and the corresponding inspecting technology for 101.6mm cased hole, which is mainly integration of water regulator and packer,were developed in Zhongyuan Oilfield. The pipe string uses the centralizing hydraulic anchor with small diameter grappling the whole string,and silently and automatically set down apparatus, so the setting is safe and dependable, and the zonal injection is realized. The string is simple and has merits of reliable sealing, con venient running and pulling, and long period of validity. The field applications show that the difficulties in zonal injection for 101.6mm cased hole have been resolved effectively.
