摘要
在离心铸管机的运行过程中,有大量的温度、压力等测控数据需要保存.本文在总结传统数据压缩算法的基础上,根据实际需要,以离心铸管机的温度参数为对象,采用小波网络的原理,给出一种数据压缩算法,该算法已得到实际应用,其效果良好.
It is necessary to store enormous measurement and control data related to temperatures and pressures during the operation of the centrifugal pipe casting machine.Based on the summarization of the traditional data compression algorithms and actual needs,a new data compression algorithm is proposed with the temperature as the study object and using the theory of the wavelet network.This algorithm got the very good result in the practical application.
