Theories and New Study Trends on Employment

就业理论是一个国家就业思想、方针及就业活动的理论总结,对指导就业工作具有十分重要的指导意义。本文在归纳总结国外就业理论及我国各阶段就业理论的基础上,并对国内外就业理论研究动向进行了探索,以其为我国解决当前就业难题提供借鉴和启发。

Employment theory is the theoretic summary of employment thought, policies and activities of a country. It is of great significance as guidance in the work of employment. In this paper, the author summarized some employment theories home and abroad, made research to the new study trends of employment theories, so as to provide experience and reference for solving the difficult problem of employment in China.
