广西北部湾经济区的绿色发展

Study on Green Development of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone

广西北部湾经济区开放开发是国家实施区域发展战略的重要内容,建立北部湾经济区整体优化、生态良好、可持续发展的良性循环机制意义重大。本文重点分析了北部湾经济区发展面临着高污染产业、人口增加、城镇化建设对生态环境的压力,提出通过合理利用资源与环境承载能力、做好海陆统筹规划、建设绿色港口并提高生态环境监管能力等促进经济发展与生态环境的良性耦合的发展建议。

The opening up and the development of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone （Guangxi） is an important part of regional development strategy in China. It＇ s of great significance to establish virtuous circle mechanisms with overall optimization, good ecological environ- merit and sustainable development in the zone. By analyzing the ecological pressure on the development of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, such as high pollutive industries, population growth and urbanization, this paper provided development proposals that will help promote economic and ecological coupling, which included properly using resources and environment carrying capacity, overall planning of land and sea, establishing green ports and improving supervision ability of cco- environment.
