By sorting out traced back the relevant historical material of Guangxi in the period of Republic of China, from the perspective of marketization, this paper traced back the development history of Guangxi bank during the period of Neo - Guangxi Regime. It＇ s found that steady social environment is the precondition of the marketization of Guangxi bank; the qualified talent team is an essential factor and the correct treatment of the relations between government and enterprises is an important factor.
