细胞周期蛋白D1基因多态性与胃癌易感性的分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的研究细胞周期蛋白D1(CyclinD1)基因多态性与胃癌易感性的关系。方法采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法检测105例胃癌患者与100例慢性胃炎患者(对照组)CyclinD1基因第870位核苷酸A/G(A870G)多态性。结果CyclinD1(A870G)基因有3种基因型,分别为AA型、AG型和GG型,基因型在胃癌组与对照组中分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论CyclinD1基因多态性与湖北地区胃癌遗传易感性有关,携带CyclinD1AA基因型个体患胃癌的危险性增高。
