对区（县）级图书馆软环境建设的实践与思考

软环境建设是图书馆建设中极为重要的方面，在昆明市委、市政府掀起的软环境建设学习教育活动中，区（县）图书馆也积极参与，通过此活动的开展使图书馆软环境建设得到提升，对硬环境不硬、软环境不软的现象有所改变。笔者就区（县）级图书馆在加强和改善软环境建设中应采取的措施和要处理好的几个关系谈点初浅的认识。参考文献3。

The soft environment construction is an important aspect of the library construction.
