摘要
从福建紫金山铜矿矿井水及连城锰废矿坑泥石样中分离到两株具氧化Fe2+和Mn2+能力的细菌,分别命名为4-05和11-02,对其进行了形态特征、生理生化特性及16S rDNA序列分析.结果显示菌株4-05为假单胞菌属中的一个种.菌株11-02为不动杆菌的一个种.这两株菌的16S rDNA序列已被GenBank数据库收录,序列号分别为FJ805431和FJ8054322.本实验为后续进一步研究地下水的微生物治理奠定了基础.
The present study was devoted to providing a foundation for further study of microbiological treatment of groundwater. Two microorganism strains with iron and manganese oxidizing activity isolated from the well water of a copper mine and the mud sample of an abandoned manganese mine were named 4-05 and 11-02, respectively. Then the morphologic, physiological and biochemical character- istics and 16S rDNA sequences of the two strains were analyzed. The results showed that 4-05 and 11- 02 strains belong to Pseudomonas sp. and Acinetobacter sp. respectively. Both 16S rDNA sequences of the strains have been included in the GenBank database, with an accession number of FJ805431 and FJ8054322, respectively.
