破口不明显的主动脉夹层腔内修复探讨

Endovascular repair of aortic dissection without a obvious intimal tear

目的探讨临床中部分破口不明显的主动脉夹层治疗措施的选择。方法2001年1至2008年12月本院共施行主动脉夹层腔内修复76例,其中7例破口不明显,术中根据具体情况行腔内治疗。结果7例患者经腔内治疗后恢复良好,随访未再出现夹层相关症状。结论部分破口不明显的患者,根据其临床表现仍有腔内修复的指征。

Objective To evaluate the choice of treatment for aortic dissection without a obvious intimal tear. Methods Seventy-six cases of endovaseular repair of aortic dissection were preformed in our department from 2001 to 2008, including seven cases without obvious a intimal tear. Results All the seven cases recovered after the operation, no recurrence occurred. Conclusions Endovascular repair is valuable in some of the aortic dissection without a obvious intimal tear.
