摘要
目的应用循证医学方法探讨营养支持强化治疗对危重病人医院感染发病率的影响。方法对240名神经内科的重症监护病人进行配对资料的对照研究,强化组早期进行强化营养支持治疗,对照组遵循传统治疗方法,治疗后统计两组医院感染的发生例数和部位,进行统计学分析。结果强化组发生医院感染32例(26.67%),对照组发生医院感染54例(45%),两组间医院感染发生率有统计学意义(χ2=7.67,P<0.01);两组间医院感染发生的部位无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用循证医学方法,建立营养支持强化方案,可以有效降低神经内科危重病人的医院感染发生率。
Objective To explore the effects of nutritional support of critical patients on the incidence of hospital infection according to evidence - based medicine. Methods Paired data study of 240 ICU patients in neurology department was made. Early nutritional support group and routine treatment group were compared in terms of the incidence of hospital infection and the number of sites and statistical analyses were made later. Results The incidences of hospital infection in the nutritional support group and the contrast group were 26.67 % （32 cases） and 45% （54 cases） respectively （χ^2 = 7.67, P 〈0.01 ）. No significant difference was found in the number of sites of hospital infection（ P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Nutritional support can effectively reduce the incidence of hospital infection in critical patients by means of evidence - based medicine.
