摘要
目的探讨护士在合理使用抗生素中的定位。方法采用随机抽样方法对231名临床护士进行开放式问卷调查,根据抗生素使用相关环节,自行设计调查问卷。结果27.49%的护士重视抗生素的合理使用,50.21%的护士了解抗生素应用相关知识,能够正确执行抗生素使用相关医嘱的占56.57%,对患者进行抗生素用药宣教的占60.61%。结论加强抗生素使用知识的培训,制定抗生素使用流程并进行监督和检查,指导并督促护士在执行使用抗生素医嘱时规范操作,能发挥其在合理使用抗生素工作中应有的作用。
Objective To investigate the present situation of nurses＇ application of antibiotics to patients, and to discuss how to administer antibiotics rationally. Methods Self- designed open questionnaires were applied to survey 231 randomly sampled clinical nurses according to related procesures of using antibiotics. Results 27.49 % of the surveyed nurses could pay much attention to the use of antibiotics, 50.21% could well understand how to use antibiotics properly, 56.57 % of them could carry out doctor＇s order properly, and 60.61% of them actively publicized the antibiotics medication to patients. Conclusion Nurses＇rational application of antibiotics to patients can be achieved by raising nurses＇ awareness and drawing up tors＇ order should be properly carried out by nurses.
