摘要
大湾1井在钻进千佛崖组到须家河组地层时,由于地层倾角较大,自然造斜能力强,从而造成其井斜很难控制,采用常规纠斜钻具组合亦不能有效控制井斜,井斜控制十分困难,钻速极慢。为了解决上述问题,在该井从1828.96m千佛崖组开始试验使用贝克休斯公司的VertiTrak垂直钻井系统。介绍了现场应用情况,分析了VertiTrak垂直钻井系统的应用效果,指出了应用中需要注意的问题。实践表明:应用VertiTrak垂直钻井系统能够较好地解决钻井提速施工中井斜与钻压之间的矛盾,提高机械钻速并缩短钻井周期。
When Dawan 1 well was drilled into Qianfoya Formation to Xujiahe Formation, it was hard to control well deviation due to high formation dip and strong natural deviation. Conventional straightened drilling tool also could not effectively control the deviation. As a result, it made the deviation control very difficult and the drilling rate extremely low. In order to solve these problems, a new vertical drilling technology was applied. From the depth of 1828.96m of Qianfoya Formation, the well was drilled with VertiTrak vertical drilling system manufactured by Baker Hughes Inc. In this paper, the in-situ application is presented; the application effects of VertiTrak system are analyzed; the problems that need to be noticed are pointed out. It is indicates that there is a conflict between well deviation and bit weight during increasing drilling rate. But this conflict can better be solved by VertiTrak system. Thus, the penetration rate is increased and the drilling cycle is shortened.
